For our Christmas breakfast tradition we have been making this Cheesy Hashbrown Casserole with Cornflake Topping along with a few pans of orange rolls, coffee, juice and milk. I love it because you can assemble it the night before and keep it chilling in the fridge, then as you are waiting on coffee to brew the next morning, pop it in the oven.
